Terms of the Guarantee

You can return or exchange your vehicle within seven days of purchase under the following conditions:

  • The vehicle must be in its original condition, with no modifications, damage, or excessive wear.
  • It must not have been driven more than 350 miles.

If you choose to return the vehicle:

  • A $599 restocking fee, along with sales tax and registration fees, will be deducted from your refund.

If you exchange the vehicle:

  • No restocking fee or deductions for tax and registration will apply.

Trade-In Adjustments

If a trade-in vehicle was part of your purchase:

  • You may receive a check for the difference in value or apply a trade-in credit toward another vehicle.
  • Negative equity from a trade-in can be adjusted or carried over to your next purchase, subject to financing approval.
