Be careful of the final deal and the numbers. Lots of hidden unexplained fees. I bought from out of state and was charged at the end, extra fees for the registry . They said they underestimated $400.00. No choice but to pay it I'm 600 miles away. They included a 2nd doc fee on the estimation. For what??? We agreed on a price which was $500 less than listed. Went in to check out a 2015 Mazda 3 on 11/29/24 couldnt any help as all their employees seemed to be on a smoke break for the whole 30 minutes I was there. I then went back in on Saturday 11/30/24 to buy a 2015 Mazda 3. The salesman was upfront and honest car drove great and ended up going through the application process and got approval at 8.4% at 60 months then went to their finance guy Julius to get everything settled. Unfortunately Julius tried to pull a quick one on me saying the terms were at 9.2% at 63 months and then tried to argue that I was wrong ...

In person was great. My online experience was not. I inquired online and was contacted by a sales person who said the vehicle was on site and would be ready for my test drive. After a 45 minute one way drive I discovered that the vehicle was not at this dealership.
The dealership had a wide variety of cars that were kept clean and in their best working condition. I bought a used car, but it felt new. Ben, our salesperson, was amazing! He was friendly, attentive, and helpful. As a woman, I felt very comfortable buying a car from him. I was with my husband, and he included me in the conversation.
